Estimates & Fees
We understand that family budgets are tight and that it is important to you to not only understand the care your pet will receive and why it is important, but how much it will cost and what your payment options are. Whether you are referred to us by your primary care veterinarian for specialty care or seek out our emergency services, we will provide you with an estimate of what it will cost to treat your pet before treatment begins. While we hope you will never need our services, we do everything in our power to make it easy and affordable to provide your pet with the care it needs to live a long and happy life.
Maintaining a world-class specialty and emergency care facility requires special equipment, extended work hours, as well as advanced diagnostic and treatment resources. This means that you can justifiably expect that our fees will be comparable to other specialty and emergency veterinary practices. For both of our services sets, we charge a consultation or emergency fee to all of our clients prior to admitting your pet. Once an initial assessment of your pet’s condition is completed, the doctor will explain the treatment options, the risks and benefits of each, and provide an explanation of the anticipated charges.
In some cases, a full evaluation of your pet’s condition may take several hours, and an accurate estimate may be delayed until then.
