Communication Coordinators

Keith and Shari make up our friendly and knowledgeable team of Communication Coordinators. They enhance our ability to meet the communication needs of our clients and referring veterinarians. Fluent communications are vital to the overall care of our patients. The Communication Coordinators work in conjunction with our doctors to keep referring veterinarians and clients up to date on the condition of hospitalized patients, as well as handle follow-up progress reports from clients, and refill prescription requests. In addition, they can expedite emergency referrals and prepare clients for our monthly Dermatology or Cardiology Service Clinics.
